Our cats are part of the family while waiting to be adopted
Throughout Bow Lodge’s history the cats have always been a part of the family. They live with volunteers inside our homes and are treated the same as our resident cats. We’ve gone from a family fostering cats to a team of around 15 volunteers and their families. Some foster cats and some help out behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly. We take mums and kittens in, older cats, any feline who needs our help. When they come into the care of Bow Lodge they get welcomed into our homes where we get them checked out at the vets and help them keep safe. We ALWAYS neuter all of our cats before they are rehomed as well as microchipping and vaccinating. We are a non-profit organisation so any money we get either from adoption donations or cuddle days goes right back into looking after our cats and our ever-growing vets bill.
Meads Vets Dartford

Meads Vets work with us very closely and they are a great asset to the Bow Lodge Team. Paul and his vet staff are always on hand when we need them and are always willing to go the extra mile for our cats. Without them it wouldn’t be possible to save and rehome as many cats as we do.
